Terms & Policies for Neil's Home Cleaning
Welcome to Neil’s Home Cleaning. We are dedicated to providing excellent cleaning services. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience for everyone, please familiarise yourself with our terms and policies. These guidelines are in place to protect both you, our valued customer, and Neil’s Home Cleaning.

Our service agreements
To maintain the high standards of cleanliness you expect, regular cleans are based on your home being maintained between visits. We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure the best results.
- Cancellations or rearrangements within 24 hours of your clean are charged in full.
- Excessive dishes, clutter, rubbish, or heavily soiled areas may require additional time or cost, or may be left incomplete if not pre-arranged.
- Prices may be reviewed if property condition, workload, or service requirements change. We will always communicate any potential changes in advance.

Booking and payments
Booking a clean with Neil's Home Cleaning is straightforward and convenient. We aim to make the process as simple as possible for you.
- Customers can book by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- We will arrange a walkthrough to provide a quote and agree on a price and date for your clean.
- Payment is collected automatically by direct debit using GoCardless on the morning of your scheduled clean.
- Failed or overdue payments must be resolved within 48 hours. Future cleans may be suspended until balances are cleared.

Cancellations and rescheduling
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.
- Customers can cancel or change their cleaning appointment by contacting us via phone, text, or WhatsApp.
- If less than 24 hours' notice is given and we are unable to reschedule your appointment, the full payment for that clean will be required. This is because it is not always possible to fill short-notice cancellations.

Liability and security
Your peace of mind is important to us. Neil’s Home Cleaning is fully insured for your protection.
- If something is damaged during a clean, we will notify the customer straight away.
- Keys provided by customers are held securely.
- Customers are responsible for providing safe and secure access to the property. Neil’s Home Cleaning cannot accept responsibility for unsecured properties or keys left in insecure locations.
- We do not take responsibility for any losses or damages as a result of leaving the property unsecured.
